Abstract

En dos libros publicados este año 2020 y titulados respectivamente: Evadir. La filosofía frente a la protesta social y Luchas Sociales, Justicia contextualizada y Dignidad de los pueblos aludimos en su introducción a una comprensión sociohistórica y política de los contextos chileno y latinoamericanos en que surgieron las protestas y luchas de movimientos sociales y pueblos frente a las múltiples injusticias, inequidades y exclusiones que les afectan.La hipótesis general es que, en el año 2019 nos encontrábamos frente a una crisis social producto del deterioro creciente de los espacios democráticos, ligada al atropello creciente de los derechos económico-sociales de las mayorías, producto de la ideología neoliberalista. En este contexto, la nueva crisis biopolítica que agrega la expansión de Covid-19, que irrumpe por el planeta en estos últimos meses mostrando las contradicciones entre países, regiones y territorios, permite mostrar que el fenómeno de la crisis es mucho más complejo, ya que asume la forma de una pandemia que afecta tanto al modelo económico como a un tipo de civilización global, y que se trasluce en el avance del contagio, no sólo de un virus, sino de la inhumanidad en las relaciones nacionales e internacionales. A pesar que el panorama es incierto, a partir de algunos datos que extraemos de lo que nos acontece en estos últimos tiempos, pretendemos delinear un pensar político que da cuenta de ciertos aprendizajes políticos actuales que devuelva la dignidad de la ética y de la política en el espacio social. Para ello, haremos un camino argumentativo en dos etapas: una primera etapa, que precisa ciertas cuestiones teóricas ligadas a los contextos de la justicia; y una segunda, que entrega un panorama acerca de las luchas sociales latinoamericanas que cuestionan las políticas neoliberales y las democracias postdictaduras.
