Abstract
Deliverable D.4.3.3 reports information on coronavirus (CoV) contamination in wildlife by collecting samples from different species, in order to improve our knowledge on the spread of CoVs in wildlife and to predict the potential risk of cross-species interactions and early and reverse zoonotic adaptations. Different groups of wild animals, such as bats, foxes, marmots, deer, rodents, etc. were sampled and tested for CoVs by pan-cov PCR and subsequent sequencing.
