Abstract

El presente trabajo presenta las políticas anti-indígenas en Brasil, de esta manera se analiza el caso de ADPF 709 / DF para el reconocimiento del derecho a existir. El método analítico utilizado se basa en el estudio y análisis de ADPF 709 / DF. Lo derecho de salud y el SUS también se estudian en temas indígenas durante el período de la pandemia Covid-19. Se concluye que las políticas brasileñas deben buscar el recono-cimiento del derecho a existir, otorgando dignidad y autonomía a estas poblaciones. La ADPF es la búsqueda legal-legal para prevenir el genocidio y etnocidio de pueblos indígenas en Brasil debido a la contaminación desenfrenada del covid-19 This paper presents the anti-indigenous policies in Brazil, in this way the case of ADPF 709 / DF is analyzed for the recognition of the right to exist. The analytical method used is based on the study and analysis of ADPF 709 / DF. Health law and SUS are also studied in indigenous issues during the Covid-19 pandemic period. It is concluded that Brazilian policies should seek the recognition of the right to exist, granting dignity and autonomy to these populations. The ADPF is the legal-legal search to prevent genocide and ethnocide of indigenous peoples in Brazil due to the rampant contamination of covid-19
