To be repatriated: A study of motivation and well-being

Abstract
During the two Danish COVID-19 lockdowns organizations were forced to reorganize work functions enabling the employees to work from home (WFH). This paper examines the impact reorganizing complex and social work functions to be mediated through various types of information and communication technologies (ICT) has on motivation and well-being. The research draws upon philosophical hermeneutics with an empirical methodology combining qualitative interviews with already existing qualitative and quantitative research.
