Abstract

Geçmişten günümüze kadar olan süreçte çeşitlenen sağlık problemlerinin etkisiyle tıbbi malzeme ve ilaç endüstrisine talep gittikçe artmaktadır. Talebin yanı sıra tüm Dünya’yı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 virüsünün yayılması tıbbi madde kaynaklarına kolayca ulaşmayı zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Zamanla yarışılan bu dönemde yapılan aşı çalışmalarının sonuç vermesiyle birlikte kaynağın tüketicilere sunulması kritik bir problem olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu sebeple yapılan çalışmada sağlık ürünlerini kapsayan ilaç deposu ve aşı dağıtım merkezi için yer seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. İlaç ve aşı endüstrisine hizmet edecek depo kuruluşu için çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden (ÇKKV) AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), ANP (Analytic Network Process) ve PROMETHEE yöntemleri kullanılarak en uygun depo yeri seçiminin yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Ele alınan problemde 5 alternatif senaryo çözümü birbiri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Stratejik konumu itibari ile Kırıkkale ilindeki 4 alternatif bölge değerlendirilmiş olup 3 ana kriter ve 7 alt kriter dikkate alınarak çözümler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile ilaç deposu ve aşı dağıtım merkezi yeri seçimi problemi için AHP, ANP ve PROMETHEE yöntemleri çözüm karşılaştırması ilk defa yapılmış olup literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır.
