Abstract

88 p. Las crisis organizacionales, son situaciones inesperadas que alteran la normalidad de la empresa o institución y que pasan a ser del dominio público, representan una amenaza para la reputación de la misma. A partir de que ocurren, la empresa que las padece entra en una situación de pérdida del control. Una crisis es un evento imprevisible que tiene o puede tener resultados potencialmente negativos para una organización. Las consecuencias pueden dañar significativamente a una organización en términos de sus empleados, productos, servicios, situación financiera y/o reputación e imagen en general. En el idioma chino hay dos caracteres que juntos constituyen la palabra Crisis. El primer carácter significa “problema” y el segundo carácter significa “oportunidad‘'. Y por cierto esta es la virtud de cualquier crisis, transformar un problema en una oportunidad para la Compañía, a través de una gestión apropiada y oportuna. En la actualidad, estas crisis pueden ser causadas por la organización, o por agentes externos. Esto se debe al gran avance tecnológico que la cada persona tiene a su alcance, y con esta tecnología se puede producir y alterar algunos... Fil: Uriburu, María Dolores.
