Ambiente y desempeño laboral en una pyme de fabricación y venta de cinturones artesanales durante la cuarentena por COVID 19 del año 2020 en la ciudad de Salta
116 p. Actualmente el mundo se encuentra atravesando una pandemia mundial por el virus denominado COVID-19. Las empresas enfrentan múltiples desafíos, entre ellos la gran cantidad de trabajadores que cursan una cuarentena regulada por las autoridades locales a fin de disminuir la tasa de contagios. Es de suma importancia tomar recaudos correspondientes a fin de cumplir los decretos emitidos en el boletín oficial de la Nación Argentina y adaptarse a las nuevas modalidades de trabajo emergentes. La adopción de teletrabajo o trabajo denominado remoto en las relaciones laborales es uno de los nuevos paradigmas que fueron adoptando muchas empresas en el contexto de aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio por la gran concentración de colaboradores en los lugares de trabajo. En consecuencia la gestión de los recursos humanos se ve afectada en su totalidad. Para mantener las relaciones laborales en los contextos económicos y sociales presentes cada empleador debe procurar un buen desempeño organizacional sin dejar de lado el Ambiente Laboral que genera el transitar esta situación epidemiológica...
