Implicacions dels Fons "Next Generation EU"

Es presenten les repostes de la Unió Europea a la crisi econòmica provocada per la Covid-19, comparant-les amb el que s'ha fet als EE. UU. i posant especial èmfasi en els fons Next Generation EU. També es detalla el Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, que és la proposta espanyola per accedir als fons Next Generation EU. Espanya serà el principal beneficiari d'aquest fons, plantejat no només per sortir de la crisi, sinó per modernitzar l'Estat. És, per tant, una gran oportunitat, però també implica tota una sèrie de reptes, com es veurà. This article presents the responses of the European Union to the economic crisis caused by Covid-19, comparing them with what has been done in the US and placing special emphasis on Next Generation EU funds. The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan is also detailed, which is the Spanish proposal to access Next Generation EU funds. Spain will be the main beneficiary of this fund, raised not only to get out of the crisis, but also to modernize the State. It is, therefore, a great opportunity, but it also implies a whole series of challenges, as will be seen. UU. y poniendo especial énfasis en los fondos Next Generation EU. También se detalla el Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, que es la propuesta española para acceder a los fondos Next Generation EU. España será el principal beneficiario de este fondo, planteado no solo para salir de la crisis, sino también para modernizar el Estado. Es, por tanto, una gran oportunidad, pero también implica toda una serie de retos, como se verá.
