Abstract

contribution à un site web; Les EHPAD font la une des journaux à cause des nombreux cas de décès suite à l’épidémie de Covid-19. Les personnes âgées accompagnées à domicile - 60 % des 1,3 millions de bénéficiaires de l’APA (Allocation personnalisée d’autonomie), soit 800 000 personnes de plus de 60 ans - font moins parler d’elles, mais que deviennent-elles avec l’épidémie et le confinement ? L’identification des forces et des faiblesses de l’organisation des soins et des services à domicile est nécessaire, d’autant qu’un tel diagnostic pourrait nourrir les réflexions et les débats après la crise. A quelles conditions la qualité de l’accompagnement peut-elle être maintenue, et les effets perturbateurs de plus long terme minimisés ?
