Teletrabajo como nuevo modelo laboral

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) tiene como objetivo principal caracterizar el teletrabajo en España. Este método de trabajo, que es una realidad, se ha consolidado en los últimos tiempos debido a la crisis sanitaria provocada por el COVID-19, que provocó que muchas empresas se vieran obligadas a implantarlo en su día a día. Según EAE Bussines School (2020), el teletrabajo era una realidad desconocida en muchos países y diferentes sectores, pues con anterioridad a la crisis sanitaria, el teletrabajo representaba tan solo un 4%, mientras que en el año 2020 ha representado un 88%. Es por ello, que el presente TFG tratará definir, describir y estudiar el teletrabajo, junto con cómo se despliega y evoluciona a través del tiempo, para así poder comprender su actual expansión y despliegue. El TFG realizará un análisis AS IS del teletrabajo en España, que será la herramienta utilizada para caracterizar la situación del teletrabajo en la etapa pre-COVID-19 y durante la etapa COVID-19. A continuación, se realizará el análisis TO BE para definir el efecto futuro del teletrabajo y analizar su proyección en futuros escenarios. Por último, el TFG finalizará con las conclusiones y líneas futuras de trabajo como respuesta al grado de consecución los objetivos iniciales formulados. [EN] The main objective of this Final Degree Project (TFG) is to characterize telework in Spain. This working method, which is a reality, has been consolidated in recent times due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19, which caused many companies to be forced to implement it in their dayto-day lives. According to EAE Business School (2020), teleworking was an unknown reality in many countries and different sectors, since before the health crisis, teleworking represented only 4%, while in 2020 it represented 88%. That is why this TFG will try to define, describe and study telework, along with how it unfolds and evolves over time, in order to understand its current expansion and deployment. The TFG will carry out an AS IS analysis of telework in Spain, which will be the tool used to characterize the situation of telework in the pre-COVID-19 stage and during the COVID-19 stage. Next, the TO BE analysis will be carried out to define the future effect of telework and analyse its projection in future scenarios.
