Abstract
This thesis seeks to determine the state of the working people in the restaurant business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our focus is primarily based on the psychological aspect of the catastrophe, and as such our included interviewees have not been directly affected with the virus, but rather the precautions enforced by the danish government.<br/>To determine if the COVID-19 pandemic is a catastrophe, we’ve included Atle Dyregrov’s thesis on ‘catastrophic psychology’ in which he defines different types of catastrophes, their plausible toll on the affected populations and the following psychological repercussion of those not necessarily directly affected...
