Abstract
This resource is using the dictionary editor Lexonomy; The COVID-19 Collaborative Glossary is built up from the terminology used by official health agencies, industry professionals and scientists, as well as by the media and social networks. In this context, it is essential to allow access to organised terminological information about the disease, in a clear and easy to understand language. The methodology used is oriented towards the popularisation of definitions, thus contributing to health literacy. The glossary is under permanent construction. We intend to monitor the evolution of the pandemic from a terminological point of view and update the resource in real-time.The NOVA CLUNL LLT team for the elaboration of the COVID-19 Collaborative Glossary consists of:Coordinators: Rute Costa and Raquel SilvaResponsible for the database: Margarida RamosTerminologists: Bruno Almeida, Sara Carvalho, Rute Costa, Margarida Ramos, Ana Salgado, Raquel SilvaSpecialist: Filipe Julião - Degree in Biomedical Sciences, 5th-year student of the Integrated Master in Medicine at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Beira Interior | Zaida Fonseca, Specialist doctor, Licensed by the University of LisbonPartners: Ieda Alves (University of São Paulo) | Alexandre Chicuna (Agostinho Neto University, Luanda)Lisbon Science Academy | VOH.Colab - Value for Health
