Abstract
La coordination au niveau national joue un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des crises complexes. La pandémie de COVID-19 a révélé des carences en la matière dans de nombreux pays. Pour remédier au problème, l’Allemagne projette de réformer ses autorités chargées de la réaction aux crises en créant notamment un Centre de compétence commun pour la protection civile. D’autres pays pourraient s’en inspirer pour réévaluer leurs systèmes de gestion des crises. ISSN:2296-0228
