Abstract
In komplexen Krisen ist Koordination auf nationaler Ebene von entscheidender Bedeutung. In vielen Ländern erwies sich die Koordination während der COVID-19-Pandemie als unzulänglich. Um dies anzugehen, will Deutschland seine für die Krisenreaktion zuständigen Behörden reformieren. Dazu gehört auch die Schaffung eines Gemeinsamen Kompetenzzentrums Bevölkerungsschutz. Andere Länder könnten dies zum Anlass nehmen, ihre eigenen Krisenmanagementsysteme auf den Prüfstand zu stellen. ISSN:2296-0236
