Tocilizumab uygulanan ve uygulanmayan Sars Covid-19 enfeksiyon geçiren hasta gruplarının morbidite ve mortalite oranları açısından karşılaştırılması
Bu çalışmada tocilizumabisimli interlökin -6 blokeri kullanımının, Covid (SARS-CoV-2)hastalarında çok sık görülen sitokin fırtınası ve buna bağlı gelişen makrofaj aktivasyon sendromu (MAS) ile oluşan pnömoni üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada 100 kişilik hastaretrospektif olarak incelenmiş olup, hastalardan 50 tanesindetocilizumab kullanılmış ve tedavi süreci izlenmiştir. Diğer 50 hastada ise tocilizumab kullanımı olmaksızın tedavi süreci izlenmiştir. Çalışmamızda hastaların takip ve tedavi süreci dosyaüzerinden retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamız kapsamında, hastaların ferritin, CRP ( c reaktif protein) ve LDH (laktat dehidrogenaz) dahil inflamasyon belirteçleri tüm hastalarda değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmaya konu olan tocilizumab kullanımının, covid geçiren hastaların ortalama ferritin (1432,30 ± 1307,96 ng/mL)ve ortalama CRP değeri (13.01 ± 7.79 mg/dL) üzerinde etkili olduğu, bu değerleri referans aralığına getirdiği görülmüştür.
In this study, the effects of tocilizumab use on Sitokin storm and Pneumonia during the Covid period were investigated. In the study, 100 patients were examined and 50 of them were treated by using tocilizumab and the treatment process was followed. In the other 50 patients, the treatment process was followed without the use of tocilizumab. The study was conducted in a retrospectıve manner. Within the scope of the study, inflammation markers including ferritin, CRP and LDH were monitored in almost all patients. The use of tocilizumab, which was the subject of the study, was found to be effective on mean ferritin (1432.30 ± 1307.96 ng/mL) and mean CRP value (13.01 ± 7.79 mg/dL), and mainly regulated these values.
