Abstract

Monografia apresentada como requisito parcial para a obtenção do grau de Especialista em Integração Paraguai-Brasil: Relações Bilaterais, Desenvolvimento e Fronteiras. Iniciando el año 2021 se estrenó en Foz do Iguaçu la obra de teatro TRANSITOS, escrita y dirigida por José Ramón Castillo con el apoyo del Fundo Municipal de Incentivo Cultural de Foz do Iguaçu, que relata la historia de vida de dos personajes que atraviesan a diario el Ponte da Amizade, que separa Brasil de Paraguay, generando una mirada dinámica de la cultura Transfronteriza que allí acontece. El objetivo del trabajo consiste en generar un espacio de discusión sobre las dinámicas Transfronterizas que se reproducen en la obra TRANSITOS, y que permiten hacer una cartografía de una construcción cultural que se repite a diario en el Ponte da Amizade. La metodología está basada en la revisión del discurso de las movilidades representadas por TRANSITOS y desarrollar una herramienta epistemológica que permita hacer una lectura de las dinámicas transfronterizas que atraviesan los territorios que comparten características culturales similares, además de esto, el proceso artístico se vio igualmente modificado por la aparición de la pandemia del Covid-19, por ello, la renovación y adaptación de las historias sufrió nuevos cambios por el contacto con la frontera cerrada por seis meses. El trabajo de seguimiento de las dinámicas Transfronterizas generó otras relaciones entre dos regiones que dependen una de la otra. Como resultado encontramos que estas vidas Transfronterizas que se exponen en la obra TRANSITOS se ven afectadas por las decisiones institucionales, así como por las necesidades básicas de cada habitante de la frontera, es por ello que el discurso se adapta a los diversos momento y movilidades de la frontera. Como conclusión, la experiencia de hacer una cartografía desde TRANSITOS como excusa para revisar los discursos Transfronterizos es una necesidad en ese instante en que las regiones limítrofes se van reconfigurando y aparecen acciones particulares entre sus habitantes.
