« Nous sommes en guerre » : à la lumière de ce que nous savons des interdépendances qui caractérisent notre époque, l’expression présidentielle face à l’épidémie de Covid-19 est apparue comme un contre-sens historique, témoin de la difficulté qu’ont les acteurs de l’ancien monde à comprendre, qu’à l’inverse, « nous sommes en care », c’est-à-dire obligés de « prendre soin » des humains et des non-humains à tous les niveaux d’échelle.
