Abstract

Supplément scientifique; This interview, after the publication in Argentina of my book Indigenous peoples in the world. Its legal and political recognition, deals with the situation of these populations in the five continents, especially in the face of Covid 19. Their marginalization within the states hinders their access to health services, and the pandemic calls for the memories of others epidemics responsible for the death of many indigenous peoples. Although they are recognized by international law, their situation of vulnerability is serious. In Argentina, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights ruled on the violations by the Argentine state of various rights of the Wichi people.; Esta entrevista, despues de la puiblicacion en Argentina de mi libro Pueblos indigenas en el mundo. Su reconocimiento juridico y politico trata de la situacion de estas poblaciones en los cinco continentes, especialmente frente al Covid 19. Su marginacion dentro de los estados dificulta su acceso a los servicios de salud, y la pandemia convoca las memorias de otras. epidemias responsables de la muerte de muchos pueblos indigenas. Aunque esten reconocidos por el derecho internacional, la situacion de vulrnerabilidad es grave. En Argentina la Corte interamericana de derechos humanos se pronuncio sobre las violaciones por parte del estado argentino de varios derechos del pueblo Wichi.; Cet entretien après la publication en Argentine de mon livre Pueblos indigenas en el mundo. Su reconocimiento juriddico y politico porte sur la situation de ces populations sur les cinq continents, notamment face à la Covid 19. Leur marginalisation au sein des États rend difficile l'accès aux services de santé et la pandémie rappelle les souvenirs d’autres épidémies responsables de la mort de nombreux peuples autochtones. Bien qu'ils soient reconnus par le droit international, leur situation de vulnérabilité est grave. En Argentine, la Cour interaméricaine des droits de l'homme s'est prononcée sur les violations par l'État argentin de divers droits du peuple Wichi.
