El Hirak argelino : ¿una "segunda primavera árabe"?

Abstract

The investigation analyses the Hirak, the protest movement that since February 2019 has shaken Algeria up. Putting the focus on the comparison between this movement and the uprisings of Tunisia and Egypt during the so-called "Arab spring" of 2011, it examines if the Hirak is like those two. Lastly, it offers a novel study regarding the effect of COVID-19 on the movement and its double space of action, offline and online.
