    [Português] O trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os desafios e as estratégias utilizadas pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás, campus Águas Lindas, para a garantia do direito à educação dos adolescentes matriculados nos cursos técnicos integrados ao ensino médio no contexto da pandemia do coronavírus. Frente às dificuldades impostas pela pandemia, o IFG Águas Lindas desenvolveu ações coletivas, especialmente nos âmbitos do ensino e da assistência estudantil, com o intuito de minimizar os efeitos da pandemia entre os estudantes e garantir o direito à educação dos adolescentes matriculados no ensino médio. A partir da observação participante e entrevista com servidores da Coordenação de Assistência Estudantil, Coordenação de Apoio Pedagógico e do Núcleo de Atendimento às Pessoas com Necessidades Específicas, foi possível identificar que, além da oferta de ensino remoto emergencial por meio de encontros síncronos e atividades assíncronas ofertadas na plataforma Moodle ou material impresso; o IFG ofertou auxílio conectividade para pagamento de internet; empréstimos de aparelhos tecnológicos e chips de acesso à internet; apoio pedagógico e psicológico aos estudantes com dificuldades; editais de incentivo à agricultura familiar e à confecção de máscaras para serem distribuídas para a comunidade e incentivar a economia local; as campanhas Solidariza IFG e Águas Lindas Solidária, em articulação com a rede intersetorial local, para a entrega de cestas básicas. Estas iniciativas, de natureza pedagógica e assistencial, contribuíram para o baixo índice de evasão dos adolescentes do IFG Águas Lindas em decorrência da pandemia do coronavírus. Entretanto, com o retorno das atividades presenciais, aponta como desafio o enfrentamento às violações de direitos agravadas pelo contexto pandêmico, carecendo trabalhar de forma cada vez mais integrada à uma rede de proteção fortalecida com estrutura para apoiá-la nas inúmeras demandas que extrapolam à sua competência, mas interferem diretamente na garantia do direito à educação que é responsabilidade da escola. [English] This paper aims to present the challenges and strategies used by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Goiás (IFG), Águas Lindas campus, to guarantee the right to education of adolescents enrolled in high school integrated with technical courses in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Faced with the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, IFG Águas Lindas developed collective actions, especially in the areas of teaching and student assistance, in order to minimize the effects of the pandemic among students and to guarantee the right to education of adolescents enrolled in high school. Through participant observation and interview with civil servants from the Student Assistance Coordination, Pedagogical Support Coordination and from the Care Centre for People with Specific Needs, it was possible to identify that, besides the offer of emergency remote learning through synchronous meetings and asynchronous activities offered on the Moodle platform or printed material, the IFG also offered connectivity aid for internet fees; loans of technological devices and SIM cards for internet access. It also offered pedagogical and psychological support to students with difficulties, published notices to encourage family farming, supported the making of handmade protective masks to be distributed to the community, besides encouraging the local economy. The 'Solidariza IFG' and 'Águas Lindas Solidária' campaigns also took place in this context, in coordination with various community sectors, for the delivery of staple food baskets. These initiatives, with assistance and pedagogical nature, contributed to the low rate of evasion of adolescents from IFG Águas Lindas in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. However, with the return of classroom activities, the challenge of facing the violations of rights aggravated by the pandemic context is still present. The need to work in an increasingly integrated way to a network of protection, with strengthened structure, is crucial to support the numerous demands that go beyond the school competence, but directly interfere in ensuring the right to education, which is its biggest responsibility.

    [Portugu��s] Os efeitos da pandemia da Covid 19 no cen��rio mundial e brasileiro atingiram, al��m das mortes e infec����es, v��rios setores das pol��ticas p��bicas e sociais, entre elas a sa��de, educa����o e a assist��ncia social. Na educa����o, as aulas suspensas entre mar��o de 2020 �� agosto de 2021, em grande parte dos munic��pios brasileiros, para o distanciamento f��sico e social, e com as medidas sanit��rias necess��rias para conter o avan��o da pandemia atingiram substancialmente os alunos do ensino infantil, fundamental, m��dio e universit��rio. Considerando que grande parte dos alunos s��o crian��as/adolescentes e jovens, nas quais apresentaram grandes demandas de sofrimento ps��quico e sa��de mental. Entende-se tamb��m que a inf��ncia e adol��scencia �� uma fase peculiar do desenvolvimento humano, necessitando de prote����o e garantia de seus direitos pela fam��lia, comunidade, sociedade e estado para a plena matura����o dos seus aspectos f��sicos, psiquicos e sociais. Portanto o presente trabalho foi apresentar algumas notas ou dimens��es dos impactos na sa��de mental de crian��as e adolescentes no contexto da pandemia da Covid 19. Essas reflex��es foram discutidas no semin��rio promovido pelo Violes/ CEAM/ UnB intitulado de ���Retorno Presencial das Escolas e o Enfrentamento das Viol��ncias contra Crian��as e Adolescentes���. Trata-se de um estudo explorat��rio de revis��o bibliogr��fica nas plataformas: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, com busca dos descritores em l��ngua portuguesa ��� Brasil: Impactos/ Consequ��ncias na sa��de mental de crian��as e adolescentes na pandemia da Covid 19. Ap��s as revis��es foram escolhidos 13 artigos que tratavam do tema, e destes foram destacados 3 artigos, pois esses ��ltimos j�� traziam as revis��es de v��rios artigos e publica����es nacionais e internacionais. Os crit��rios de inclus��o/exclus��o dos artigos ajudaram na vis��o global do tema, o que possibilitou a cria����o de categorias para sua an��lise, a saber: m��todo/tipo de pesquisa; aprofundamento dos impactos/consequ��ncias na sa��de mental e/ou psicol��gica em crian��as e adolescentes, com destaque de alguns sentimentos e comportamentos; impactos/consequ��ncias na fam��lia e na escola. Como resultado verificou-se que independentemente do m��todo escolhido os artigos apontam no aumento do sofrimento ps��quico, com impactos na sa��de mental de crian��as e adolescentes. Os problemas econ��micos, os conflitos familiares, a viol��ncia dom��stica no n��cleo familiar somada as medidas de restri����o, confinamento e distanciamento f��sico e social, as incertezas sobre a doen��a, fake news, os lutos com perdas de entes queridos, as exig��ncias escolares do ensino �� dist��ncia causaram e a falta de conviv��ncia com familiares e amigos, s��o elementos discutidos nos artigos. Com todo esse cen��rio vivenciado na pandemia fragilizou e vulnerabilizou ainda mais a educa����o e as crian��as e adolescentes do Brasil. [English] The effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on the world and Brazilian scene affected, in addition to deaths and infections, various sectors of public and social policies, including health, education and social assistance. In education, the classes suspended between March 2020 and August 2021, in most Brazilian municipalities, for physical and social distance and with the necessary sanitary measures to contain the spread of the pandemic, substantially affected students in kindergarten, elementary, high school and college. Considering that most of the students are children/adolescents and young people, in whom they presented great demands for psychological distress and mental health. It is also understood that childhood and adolescence is a peculiar phase of human development, requiring protection and guarantee of their rights by the family, community, society and state for the full maturation of their physical, psychological and social aspects. Therefore, the present work was to present some notes or dimensions of the impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. These reflections were discussed at the seminar promoted by Violes/ CEAM/ UnB entitled ���Return to Schools and Confronting Violence against Children and Adolescents���. This is an exploratory study of a bibliographic review in the platforms: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, with a search for descriptors in Portuguese ��� Brazil: Impacts/Consequences on the mental health of children and adolescents in the Covid 19 pandemic. After the reviews, 13 articles dealing with the topic were chosen, and from these, 3 articles were highlighted, as the latter already brought the reviews of several articles and national and international publications. The inclusion/exclusion criteria of the articles helped in the global view of the theme, which allowed the creation of categories for its analysis, namely: method/type of research; deepening the impacts/consequences on mental and/or psychological health in children and adolescents, highlighting some feelings and behaviors; impacts/consequences on family and school. As a result, it was found that, regardless of the method chosen, the articles point to an increase in psychological distress, with impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents. Economic problems, family conflicts, domestic violence in the family nucleus, together with measures of restriction, confinement and physical and social distance, added to the uncertainties about the disease, fake news, mourning the loss of loved ones, the school requirements of the distance learning caused and the lack of interaction with family and friends, are elements discussed in the articles. With all this scenario experienced in the pandemic weakened and made education and children and adolescents in Brazil even more vulnerable. Revista do CEAM, 7 (2), 2021.

    A COVID-19 infectou milhares de pessoas no mundo, causando impactos sociais, econômicos e na saúde. Medidas protetivas com ênfase em saúde mental foram elaboradas para conter os impactos. Objetivo: buscou-se analisar quais estratégias interventivas estão sendo usadas na pandemia. Metodologia: esta revisão sistemática incluiu estudos sobre intervenções psicológicas dos bancos de dados da BVS-PSI, LILACS e PubMed. Resultados: Dos 26 artigos analisados, 26,92% foram de periódicos nacionais e 73,07% de periódicos internacionais. Conclusões: A escassez de treinamentos ou falta de experiência dos profissionais acerca das TICs não foi componente impeditivo para que os atendimentos online acontecessem. A população se beneficiou da rápida resposta de assistência à saúde mental oferecida pelos profissionais.     What should we do with the heritage of nature/society dualism among moderns? This article opposes a certain contemporary critical intelligence that has been content to completely deny it. Rather, it is necessary to know how to triage it – whether to face threats of the magnitude of the Anthropocene or the Covid-19 pandemic, or to face ongoing scientific denialisms. It is argued here that an anthropology of the modern is not an anthropology against the modern. The same is true in relation to science and technology. O que fazer com a herança do dualismo natureza/sociedade entre os modernos? Este artigo contrapõe-se a certa inteligência crítica contemporânea que tem se bastado em negar essa herança como um todo. É preciso, antes, saber triá-la – seja para enfrentar ameaças da magnitude do Antropoceno ou da pandemia da Covid-19, seja para enfrentar os negacionismos científicos em curso. Defende-se aqui que uma antropologia dos modernos não é uma antropologia contra os modernos. Idem em relação à ciência e tecnologia.

    O estudo tem como objeto trabalhadores que realizaram teletrabalho devido à pandemia por Covid-19. Investiga-se os efeitos do teletrabalho e da pandemia na saúde e segurança de trabalhadores, centrando a atenção nos riscos de Lesões Músculo-Esqueléticas Relacionadas com o Trabalho (LMERT), fadiga laboral e psicossociais. O estudo foi desenvolvido com recurso à recolha de dados através de entrevistas, fotografias dos postos de trabalho, lista de verificação a postos de trabalho, questionário sobre fadiga laboral, stresse e sintomatologia de LMERT, e método ROSA - Rapid Office Strain Assessment. Verificou-se que o teletrabalho é percebido de forma positiva pelos trabalhadores, percecionando-o como um ganho de tempo para a vida pessoal e familiar, associado a um aumento da produtividade, apesar do sentimento de solidão, da fadiga mental e do stresse laboral consideráveis. Também se denotou que a maioria dos trabalhadores não tinha condições logísticas para acomodar um posto de trabalho adequado na sua habitação, não dispondo de meios ergonomicamente ajustados para o desenvolver das suas atividades.

    [Português] Os efeitos da pandemia da Covid 19 no cenário mundial e brasileiro atingiram, além das mortes e infecções, vários setores das políticas púbicas e sociais, entre elas a saúde, educação e a assistência social. Na educação, as aulas suspensas entre março de 2020 à agosto de 2021, em grande parte dos municípios brasileiros, para o distanciamento físico e social, e com as medidas sanitárias necessárias para conter o avanço da pandemia atingiram substancialmente os alunos do ensino infantil, fundamental, médio e universitário. Considerando que grande parte dos alunos são crianças/adolescentes e jovens, nas quais apresentaram grandes demandas de sofrimento psíquico e saúde mental. Entende-se também que a infância e adolêscencia é uma fase peculiar do desenvolvimento humano, necessitando de proteção e garantia de seus direitos pela família, comunidade, sociedade e estado para a plena maturação dos seus aspectos físicos, psiquicos e sociais. Portanto o presente trabalho foi apresentar algumas notas ou dimensões dos impactos na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes no contexto da pandemia da Covid 19. Essas reflexões foram discutidas no seminário promovido pelo Violes/ CEAM/ UnB intitulado de “Retorno Presencial das Escolas e o Enfrentamento das Violências contra Crianças e Adolescentes”. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório de revisão bibliográfica nas plataformas: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, com busca dos descritores em língua portuguesa – Brasil: Impactos/ Consequências na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes na pandemia da Covid 19. Após as revisões foram escolhidos 13 artigos que tratavam do tema, e destes foram destacados 3 artigos, pois esses últimos já traziam as revisões de vários artigos e publicações nacionais e internacionais. Os critérios de inclusão/exclusão dos artigos ajudaram na visão global do tema, o que possibilitou a criação de categorias para sua análise, a saber: método/tipo de pesquisa; aprofundamento dos impactos/consequências na saúde mental e/ou psicológica em crianças e adolescentes, com destaque de alguns sentimentos e comportamentos; impactos/consequências na família e na escola. Como resultado verificou-se que independentemente do método escolhido os artigos apontam no aumento do sofrimento psíquico, com impactos na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes. Os problemas econômicos, os conflitos familiares, a violência doméstica no núcleo familiar somada as medidas de restrição, confinamento e distanciamento físico e social, as incertezas sobre a doença, fake news, os lutos com perdas de entes queridos, as exigências escolares do ensino à distância causaram e a falta de convivência com familiares e amigos, são elementos discutidos nos artigos. Com todo esse cenário vivenciado na pandemia fragilizou e vulnerabilizou ainda mais a educação e as crianças e adolescentes do Brasil. [English] The effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on the world and Brazilian scene affected, in addition to deaths and infections, various sectors of public and social policies, including health, education and social assistance. In education, the classes suspended between March 2020 and August 2021, in most Brazilian municipalities, for physical and social distance and with the necessary sanitary measures to contain the spread of the pandemic, substantially affected students in kindergarten, elementary, high school and college. Considering that most of the students are children/adolescents and young people, in whom they presented great demands for psychological distress and mental health. It is also understood that childhood and adolescence is a peculiar phase of human development, requiring protection and guarantee of their rights by the family, community, society and state for the full maturation of their physical, psychological and social aspects. Therefore, the present work was to present some notes or dimensions of the impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. These reflections were discussed at the seminar promoted by Violes/ CEAM/ UnB entitled “Return to Schools and Confronting Violence against Children and Adolescents”. This is an exploratory study of a bibliographic review in the platforms: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, with a search for descriptors in Portuguese – Brazil: Impacts/Consequences on the mental health of children and adolescents in the Covid 19 pandemic. After the reviews, 13 articles dealing with the topic were chosen, and from these, 3 articles were highlighted, as the latter already brought the reviews of several articles and national and international publications. The inclusion/exclusion criteria of the articles helped in the global view of the theme, which allowed the creation of categories for its analysis, namely: method/type of research; deepening the impacts/consequences on mental and/or psychological health in children and adolescents, highlighting some feelings and behaviors; impacts/consequences on family and school. As a result, it was found that, regardless of the method chosen, the articles point to an increase in psychological distress, with impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents. Economic problems, family conflicts, domestic violence in the family nucleus, together with measures of restriction, confinement and physical and social distance, added to the uncertainties about the disease, fake news, mourning the loss of loved ones, the school requirements of the distance learning caused and the lack of interaction with family and friends, are elements discussed in the articles. With all this scenario experienced in the pandemic weakened and made education and children and adolescents in Brazil even more vulnerable.

    This article discusses the role of international organizations (IOs) in times of crisis from the action of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) against the covid-19 pandemic. It is argued that the UNSC had difficulties positioning itself amidst the pandemic due to its internal dynamics of interests and competition. The case study with a qualitative approach uses concepts related to bureaucracies, autonomy, legitimacy, competition, and cooperation taken from the literature on IOs and documentary and secondary sources to support our arguments. As the pandemic persists, the studied period covers the first year since the official declaration of this health emergency in March 2020. The evidence confirms that, in the case of the United Nations’ response to the pandemic, competition overcame cooperation between some permanent members of the UNSC. In this dispute, the elected members occupied a marginal position in approving resolutions. The Council’s paralysis caused the Secretary-General to search for solutions to the effects of the pandemic on peace and international security. Thus, the politicization of the pandemic and the UNSC’s interests and competition have affected decision-making regarding the crisis. As the pandemic is a new problem underway, the article is groundbreaking and, while not intending to present generalized conclusions, gives room to other security and IO studies. El artículo discute el rol de los organismos internacionales (OIs) en tiempos de crisis desde la actuación del Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas (CSNU) ante la pandemia ocasionada por la covid-19. Se argumenta que hubo una dificultad del CSNU en posicionarse en cuanto a la pandemia debido a sus dinámicas internas de intereses y competencia. El estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo utiliza conceptos que tratan de burocracias, autonomía, legitimidad, competencia y cooperación, entre otros, retirados de la literatura que aborda los OIs, y fuentes documentales y secundarias para sostener los argumentos. Como la pandemia aún persiste, el recorte temporal abarca su primer año desde la declaración oficial de esta situación sanitaria en marzo del 2020. Las evidencias permiten afirmar que, en el caso de la respuesta de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas a la pandemia, la competencia se sobrepuso a la cooperación entre algunos miembros permanentes del CSNU. En este escenario de disputa, los miembros electivos ocuparon posición marginal en el proceso de aprobación de resoluciones, y la parálisis del Consejo llevó al secretario general a tomar iniciativas en la búsqueda de soluciones en relación con los efectos de la pandemia en la paz y la seguridad internacionales. De este modo, la politización de la pandemia junto con las dinámicas de intereses y competencia en el CSNU han afectado la toma de decisiones en cuanto a la crisis. Al ser la pandemia un problema nuevo que aún se encuentra en marcha, el artículo es por sí solo innovador y, si bien no tenga el propósito de presentar conclusiones generalizadas, abre espacio para otras investigaciones en el campo de la seguridad y de los OIs. Este artigo discute o papel das organizações internacionais (OIs) em tempos de crise a partir da atuação do Conselho de Segurança das Nações Unidas (CSNU) ante a pandemia ocasionada pela covid-19. O argumento central é que houve uma dificuldade do CSNU em se posicionar no tocante à pandemia por conta de suas dinâmicas internas de interesses e competição. O estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa utiliza conceitos que tratam de burocracias, autonomia, legitimidade, competição e cooperação, entre outros, obtidos da literatura que aborda as OIs, e fontes documentais e secundárias, para apoiar os argumentos. Como a pandemia ainda persiste, o recorte temporal abrange seu primeiro ano a partir da declaração oficial dessa situação sanitária em março de 2020. As evidências permitem afirmar que, no caso da resposta da Organização das Nações Unidas à pandemia, a competição se sobrepôs à cooperação entre alguns membros permanentes do CSNU; nesse cenário de disputa, os membros eletivos ocuparam posição marginal no processo de aprovação de resoluções, e a paralisia do Conselho levou o secretário-geral a tomar iniciativas na busca por soluções com relação aos efeitos da pandemia na paz e na segurança internacionais. Dessa forma, a politização da pandemia combinada com as dinâmicas de interesses e competição no CSNU afetaram a tomada de decisões com relação à crise. Sendo a pandemia um problema novo que ainda se encontra em andamento, o artigo é por si só inovador e, embora não tenha o objetivo de apresentar conclusões generalizáveis, ele abre caminho para outras pesquisas no campo da segurança e das OIs.

    This research aims to analyze the dialogical-discursive effects in publications and comments on these posts on the diffusion and impact of vaccines for COVID-19 in the Brazilian context, understanding the axiologies in the construction of on-line statements made by Facebook and Instagram users and describing the relationships between individuals for the use of social networks as ecosystems of discursive interaction. As theoretical framework, we are linked to the Dialogical Theory of Language and to studies on social networks. It is a qualitative approach and netnographic research. (Web)Journalism and scientific dissemination sites on Facebook and Instagram serve to generate data for this research, with an emphasis on publications on government decisions and vaccine development. The results show that the discursive position assumed by the page promotes different engagements, oscillating between vertical relations among the subjects and horizontal discussions with an educational nature. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los efectos dialógico-discursivos en publicaciones y comentarios a estas publicaciones sobre la difusión e impacto de las vacunas para COVID-19 en el contexto brasileño, entendiendo las axiologías en la construcción de declaraciones en línea realizadas por usuarios de Facebook y Instagram y describiendo las relaciones entre individuos para el uso de las redes sociales como ecosistemas de interacción discursiva. Como corrientes teóricas, estamos vinculados a la Teoría Dialógica del Lenguaje y a los estudios en redes sociales. Es un enfoque cualitativo y de investigación netnográfica. Los portales de periodismo y difusión científica en Facebook y Instagram sirven para generar datos para esta investigación, con énfasis en publicaciones sobre decisiones gubernamentales y desarrollo de vacunas. Los resultados muestran que la posición discursiva que asume la página promueve diferentes compromisos, oscilando entre relaciones verticales entre los sujetos y discusiones horizontales de carácter educativo. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar os efeitos dialógico-discursivos em publicações e em comentários a essas publicações sobre a difusão e o impacto das vacinas para COVID-19 no contexto brasileiro, compreendendo as axiologias nas construções de enunciados on-line feitos por usuários do Facebook e do Instagram e descrevendo as relações entre os indivíduos para o uso das redes sociais enquanto ecossistemas de interação discursiva. Como correntes teóricas, estamos vinculados à Teoria Dialógica da Linguagem e aos estudos sobre as redes sociais digitais. Trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa e de pesquisa netnográfica. Portais de (web)jornalismo e de divulgação científica no Facebook e no Instagram servem de geração de dados para esta pesquisa, com ênfase em publicações sobre as decisões governamentais e o desenvolvimento das vacinas.     This text addresses the concepts that permeate emergency remote teaching caused by the closing of schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil. Therefore, the investigation seeks to answer the following issue: what are the impacts of social isolation on the education of children and young people belonging to the popular classes? In view of this, the objective is to understand the educational reality and the exclusion process of a certain population. This is a bibliographic survey, based on authors, research and scientific data that highlight socioeconomically vulnerable groups and hidden discrimination. Thus, all pandemics are difficult, as there will be the segregation of some subjects, those who are on the margins of society, caused by inequality, whether economic, racial, sexist, religious, training, among others. In view of the contributions made, they demonstrate the evident effects on the education of marginalized students, in which there were no public policies to reduce the negative consequences in the teaching and learning process. Este texto aborda los conceptos que impregnan la enseñanza remota de emergencia provocada por el cierre de escuelas debido a la pandemia Covid-19 en Brasil. Por tanto, la investigación busca dar respuesta a la siguiente cuestión: ¿cuáles son los impactos del aislamiento social en la educación de los niños y jóvenes pertenecientes a las clases populares? Ante esto, el objetivo es comprender la realidad educativa y el proceso de exclusión de una determinada población. Se trata de un relevamiento bibliográfico, basado en autores, investigaciones y datos científicos que destacan los grupos socioeconómicamente vulnerables y la discriminación oculta. Así, todas las pandemias son difíciles, ya que se producirá la segregación de algunos sujetos, los que están al margen de la sociedad, provocada por la desigualdad, ya sea económica, racial, sexista, religiosa, formativa, entre otros. A la vista de los aportes realizados, demuestran los efectos evidentes en la educación de los estudiantes marginados, en los que no existían políticas públicas para reducir las consecuencias negativas en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. O presente texto aborda os conceitos que permeiam o ensino remoto emergencial provocada pelo fechamento das escolas devido a pandemia da Covid-19 no Brasil. Portanto, a investigação busca responder a seguinte problemática: quais os impactos do isolamento social na educação de crianças e jovens pertencentes as camadas populares? À vista disso, objetiva-se compreender a realidade educacional e o processo de exclusão de uma determina população. Trata-se de um levantamento bibliográfico, a partir de autores, pesquisas e dados científicos que evidenciam os grupos socioeconomicamente vulneráveis e as discriminações escondidas. Desse modo, todas as pandemias são difíceis, pois haverá a segregação de alguns sujeitos, os que estão à margem da sociedade, provocadas pela desigualdade, seja econômica, racial, sexista, religiosa, capacitista, entre outros. Tendo em vista as contribuições trazidas, demonstram os reflexos evidentes na educação dos educandos marginalizados, em que não houveram políticas públicas para diminuir as consequências negativas no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.

    It is known that the development of a nation and the insertion and social ascension of the individual go through education, both informal and formal, systematic. In this, the school represents the central locus of formation in Basic Education, and the permanence of the student is a condition for success and continuity of studies in later stages. Otherwise, abandoning or escaping from this space can cause damage to society and to the subject himself. In Brazil, school dropout occurs at different levels and teaching modalities and constitutes one of the main systemic problems faced by governments and educational managers in recent decades. Despite this phenomenon, deepened by the Covid-19 pandemic, causing human and socioeconomic damage, it has been vigorously fought by institutional actions and public policies, although results are not always commendable. This work deals with the search for solutions via technologies to reduce high school dropout in the harsh period of the new coronavirus. Its general objective is only to describe the strategies for coping with school dropout in high school technical education developed by the multidisciplinary team of the IFS-Campus Lagarto using instagram, phone calls, online chat and video calls. As a method, a qualitative descriptive approach was chosen. The study concludes the feasibility and efficiency of psychosocial and pedagogical monitoring through these technologies and points out limits and possibilities for further research. Se sabe que el desarrollo de una nación y la inserción y ascensión social del individuo pasan por la educación, tanto informal como formal, sistemática. En esto, la escuela representa el lugar central de la formación en Educación Básica, y la permanencia del alumno es condición para el éxito y la continuidad de los estudios en etapas posteriores. De lo contrario, abandonar o escapar de este espacio puede causar daños a la sociedad y al propio sujeto. Lo Brasil, la deserción escolar ocurre en diferentes niveles y modalidades de enseñanza y constituye uno de los principales problemas sistémicos que enfrentan los gobiernos y los gestores educativos en las últimas décadas. A pesar de este fenómeno, agravado por la pandemia Covid-19, causando daños humanos y socioeconómicos, se ha combatido vigorosamente con acciones institucionales y políticas públicas, aunque no siempre se están logrando resultados encomiables. Este trabajo trata de la búsqueda de soluciones a través de tecnologías para reducir la deserción escolar en el duro período del nuevo coronavírus. Su objetivo general es únicamente describir las estrategias de afrontamiento del abandono escolar en la educación técnica secundaria desarrolladas por el equipo multidisciplinario del IFS-Campus Lagarto utilizando instagram, llamadas telefónicas, chat online y videollamadas. Como método se eligió un enfoque cualitativo de uno descriptivo. El estudio concluye la viabilidad y eficiencia del apoyo psicosocial y pedagógico a través de estas tecnologías y señala los límites y posibilidades de nuevas investigaciones.Palavras-Clave: Tecnologías Digitales de la Información y la Comunicación-TDIC. Sabe-se que o desenvolvimento de uma nação e a inserção e ascensão social do indivíduo passam pela educação, tanto informal quanto formal, sistemática. Nesta, a escola representa o lócus central de formação na Educação Básica, e a permanência do estudante se configura condição para êxito e continuidade dos estudos em fases posteriores. Do contrário, abandonar ou evadir-se desse espaço pode gerar danos para a sociedade e ao próprio sujeito. No Brasil a evasão escolar acontece em diferentes níveis e modalidades de ensino e se constitui um dos principais problemas sistêmicos enfrentados por governantes e gestores educacionais nas últimas décadas. Não obstante tal fenômeno, aprofundado pela pandemia Covid-19, provoque prejuízos humanos e socioeconômicos, tem sido vigorosamente combatida por ações institucionais e políticas públicas, embora resultados nem sempre louváveis estejam sendo alcançados. Este trabalho trata de busca de soluções via tecnologias para dirimir a evasão no Ensino Médio no duro período do novo coronavírus. Tem como objetivo geral tão somente descrever as estratégias de enfrentamento da evasão escolar no ensino técnico de nível médio desenvolvidas pela equipe multiprofissional do IFS-Campus Lagarto com utilização de instagram, ligações telefônicas, aplicativo de bate-papo online e de vídeo-chamadas. Como método optou-se por uma abordagem qualitativa de cunho descritivo. O estudo conclui a viabilidade e eficácia de acompanhamento psicossocial e pedagógico por meio dessas tecnologias e aponta limites e possibilidades de novas pesquisas.

    [Português] O trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os desafios e as estratégias utilizadas pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás, campus Águas Lindas, para a garantia do direito à educação dos adolescentes matriculados nos cursos técnicos integrados ao ensino médio no contexto da pandemia do coronavírus. Frente às dificuldades impostas pela pandemia, o IFG Águas Lindas desenvolveu ações coletivas, especialmente nos âmbitos do ensino e da assistência estudantil, com o intuito de minimizar os efeitos da pandemia entre os estudantes e garantir o direito à educação dos adolescentes matriculados no ensino médio. A partir da observação participante e entrevista com servidores da Coordenação de Assistência Estudantil, Coordenação de Apoio Pedagógico e do Núcleo de Atendimento às Pessoas com Necessidades Específicas, foi possível identificar que, além da oferta de ensino remoto emergencial por meio de encontros síncronos e atividades assíncronas ofertadas na plataforma Moodle ou material impresso; o IFG ofertou auxílio conectividade para pagamento de internet; empréstimos de aparelhos tecnológicos e chips de acesso à internet; apoio pedagógico e psicológico aos estudantes com dificuldades; editais de incentivo à agricultura familiar e à confecção de máscaras para serem distribuídas para a comunidade e incentivar a economia local; as campanhas Solidariza IFG e Águas Lindas Solidária, em articulação com a rede intersetorial local, para a entrega de cestas básicas. Estas iniciativas, de natureza pedagógica e assistencial, contribuíram para o baixo índice de evasão dos adolescentes do IFG Águas Lindas em decorrência da pandemia do coronavírus. Entretanto, com o retorno das atividades presenciais, aponta como desafio o enfrentamento às violações de direitos agravadas pelo contexto pandêmico, carecendo trabalhar de forma cada vez mais integrada à uma rede de proteção fortalecida com estrutura para apoiá-la nas inúmeras demandas que extrapolam à sua competência, mas interferem diretamente na garantia do direito à educação que é responsabilidade da escola. [English] This paper aims to present the challenges and strategies used by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Goiás (IFG), Águas Lindas campus, to guarantee the right to education of adolescents enrolled in high school integrated with technical courses in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Faced with the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, IFG Águas Lindas developed collective actions, especially in the areas of teaching and student assistance, in order to minimize the effects of the pandemic among students and to guarantee the right to education of adolescents enrolled in high school. Through participant observation and interview with civil servants from the Student Assistance Coordination, Pedagogical Support Coordination and from the Care Centre for People with Specific Needs, it was possible to identify that, besides the offer of emergency remote learning through synchronous meetings and asynchronous activities offered on the Moodle platform or printed material, the IFG also offered connectivity aid for internet fees; loans of technological devices and SIM cards for internet access. It also offered pedagogical and psychological support to students with difficulties, published notices to encourage family farming, supported the making of handmade protective masks to be distributed to the community, besides encouraging the local economy. The 'Solidariza IFG' and 'Águas Lindas Solidária' campaigns also took place in this context, in coordination with various community sectors, for the delivery of staple food baskets. These initiatives, with assistance and pedagogical nature, contributed to the low rate of evasion of adolescents from IFG Águas Lindas in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. However, with the return of classroom activities, the challenge of facing the violations of rights aggravated by the pandemic context is still present. The need to work in an increasingly integrated way to a network of protection, with strengthened structure, is crucial to support the numerous demands that go beyond the school competence, but directly interfere in ensuring the right to education, which is its biggest responsibility.

    [Portugu��s] Os efeitos da pandemia da Covid 19 no cen��rio mundial e brasileiro atingiram, al��m das mortes e infec����es, v��rios setores das pol��ticas p��bicas e sociais, entre elas a sa��de, educa����o e a assist��ncia social. Na educa����o, as aulas suspensas entre mar��o de 2020 �� agosto de 2021, em grande parte dos munic��pios brasileiros, para o distanciamento f��sico e social, e com as medidas sanit��rias necess��rias para conter o avan��o da pandemia atingiram substancialmente os alunos do ensino infantil, fundamental, m��dio e universit��rio. Considerando que grande parte dos alunos s��o crian��as/adolescentes e jovens, nas quais apresentaram grandes demandas de sofrimento ps��quico e sa��de mental. Entende-se tamb��m que a inf��ncia e adol��scencia �� uma fase peculiar do desenvolvimento humano, necessitando de prote����o e garantia de seus direitos pela fam��lia, comunidade, sociedade e estado para a plena matura����o dos seus aspectos f��sicos, psiquicos e sociais. Portanto o presente trabalho foi apresentar algumas notas ou dimens��es dos impactos na sa��de mental de crian��as e adolescentes no contexto da pandemia da Covid 19. Essas reflex��es foram discutidas no semin��rio promovido pelo Violes/ CEAM/ UnB intitulado de ���Retorno Presencial das Escolas e o Enfrentamento das Viol��ncias contra Crian��as e Adolescentes���. Trata-se de um estudo explorat��rio de revis��o bibliogr��fica nas plataformas: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, com busca dos descritores em l��ngua portuguesa ��� Brasil: Impactos/ Consequ��ncias na sa��de mental de crian��as e adolescentes na pandemia da Covid 19. Ap��s as revis��es foram escolhidos 13 artigos que tratavam do tema, e destes foram destacados 3 artigos, pois esses ��ltimos j�� traziam as revis��es de v��rios artigos e publica����es nacionais e internacionais. Os crit��rios de inclus��o/exclus��o dos artigos ajudaram na vis��o global do tema, o que possibilitou a cria����o de categorias para sua an��lise, a saber: m��todo/tipo de pesquisa; aprofundamento dos impactos/consequ��ncias na sa��de mental e/ou psicol��gica em crian��as e adolescentes, com destaque de alguns sentimentos e comportamentos; impactos/consequ��ncias na fam��lia e na escola. Como resultado verificou-se que independentemente do m��todo escolhido os artigos apontam no aumento do sofrimento ps��quico, com impactos na sa��de mental de crian��as e adolescentes. Os problemas econ��micos, os conflitos familiares, a viol��ncia dom��stica no n��cleo familiar somada as medidas de restri����o, confinamento e distanciamento f��sico e social, as incertezas sobre a doen��a, fake news, os lutos com perdas de entes queridos, as exig��ncias escolares do ensino �� dist��ncia causaram e a falta de conviv��ncia com familiares e amigos, s��o elementos discutidos nos artigos. Com todo esse cen��rio vivenciado na pandemia fragilizou e vulnerabilizou ainda mais a educa����o e as crian��as e adolescentes do Brasil. [English] The effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on the world and Brazilian scene affected, in addition to deaths and infections, various sectors of public and social policies, including health, education and social assistance. In education, the classes suspended between March 2020 and August 2021, in most Brazilian municipalities, for physical and social distance and with the necessary sanitary measures to contain the spread of the pandemic, substantially affected students in kindergarten, elementary, high school and college. Considering that most of the students are children/adolescents and young people, in whom they presented great demands for psychological distress and mental health. It is also understood that childhood and adolescence is a peculiar phase of human development, requiring protection and guarantee of their rights by the family, community, society and state for the full maturation of their physical, psychological and social aspects. Therefore, the present work was to present some notes or dimensions of the impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. These reflections were discussed at the seminar promoted by Violes/ CEAM/ UnB entitled ���Return to Schools and Confronting Violence against Children and Adolescents���. This is an exploratory study of a bibliographic review in the platforms: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, with a search for descriptors in Portuguese ��� Brazil: Impacts/Consequences on the mental health of children and adolescents in the Covid 19 pandemic. After the reviews, 13 articles dealing with the topic were chosen, and from these, 3 articles were highlighted, as the latter already brought the reviews of several articles and national and international publications. The inclusion/exclusion criteria of the articles helped in the global view of the theme, which allowed the creation of categories for its analysis, namely: method/type of research; deepening the impacts/consequences on mental and/or psychological health in children and adolescents, highlighting some feelings and behaviors; impacts/consequences on family and school. As a result, it was found that, regardless of the method chosen, the articles point to an increase in psychological distress, with impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents. Economic problems, family conflicts, domestic violence in the family nucleus, together with measures of restriction, confinement and physical and social distance, added to the uncertainties about the disease, fake news, mourning the loss of loved ones, the school requirements of the distance learning caused and the lack of interaction with family and friends, are elements discussed in the articles. With all this scenario experienced in the pandemic weakened and made education and children and adolescents in Brazil even more vulnerable. Revista do CEAM, 7 (2), 2021.

    A COVID-19 infectou milhares de pessoas no mundo, causando impactos sociais, econômicos e na saúde. Medidas protetivas com ênfase em saúde mental foram elaboradas para conter os impactos. Objetivo: buscou-se analisar quais estratégias interventivas estão sendo usadas na pandemia. Metodologia: esta revisão sistemática incluiu estudos sobre intervenções psicológicas dos bancos de dados da BVS-PSI, LILACS e PubMed. Resultados: Dos 26 artigos analisados, 26,92% foram de periódicos nacionais e 73,07% de periódicos internacionais. Conclusões: A escassez de treinamentos ou falta de experiência dos profissionais acerca das TICs não foi componente impeditivo para que os atendimentos online acontecessem. A população se beneficiou da rápida resposta de assistência à saúde mental oferecida pelos profissionais.     What should we do with the heritage of nature/society dualism among moderns? This article opposes a certain contemporary critical intelligence that has been content to completely deny it. Rather, it is necessary to know how to triage it – whether to face threats of the magnitude of the Anthropocene or the Covid-19 pandemic, or to face ongoing scientific denialisms. It is argued here that an anthropology of the modern is not an anthropology against the modern. The same is true in relation to science and technology. O que fazer com a herança do dualismo natureza/sociedade entre os modernos? Este artigo contrapõe-se a certa inteligência crítica contemporânea que tem se bastado em negar essa herança como um todo. É preciso, antes, saber triá-la – seja para enfrentar ameaças da magnitude do Antropoceno ou da pandemia da Covid-19, seja para enfrentar os negacionismos científicos em curso. Defende-se aqui que uma antropologia dos modernos não é uma antropologia contra os modernos. Idem em relação à ciência e tecnologia.

    O estudo tem como objeto trabalhadores que realizaram teletrabalho devido à pandemia por Covid-19. Investiga-se os efeitos do teletrabalho e da pandemia na saúde e segurança de trabalhadores, centrando a atenção nos riscos de Lesões Músculo-Esqueléticas Relacionadas com o Trabalho (LMERT), fadiga laboral e psicossociais. O estudo foi desenvolvido com recurso à recolha de dados através de entrevistas, fotografias dos postos de trabalho, lista de verificação a postos de trabalho, questionário sobre fadiga laboral, stresse e sintomatologia de LMERT, e método ROSA - Rapid Office Strain Assessment. Verificou-se que o teletrabalho é percebido de forma positiva pelos trabalhadores, percecionando-o como um ganho de tempo para a vida pessoal e familiar, associado a um aumento da produtividade, apesar do sentimento de solidão, da fadiga mental e do stresse laboral consideráveis. Também se denotou que a maioria dos trabalhadores não tinha condições logísticas para acomodar um posto de trabalho adequado na sua habitação, não dispondo de meios ergonomicamente ajustados para o desenvolver das suas atividades.

    [Português] Os efeitos da pandemia da Covid 19 no cenário mundial e brasileiro atingiram, além das mortes e infecções, vários setores das políticas púbicas e sociais, entre elas a saúde, educação e a assistência social. Na educação, as aulas suspensas entre março de 2020 à agosto de 2021, em grande parte dos municípios brasileiros, para o distanciamento físico e social, e com as medidas sanitárias necessárias para conter o avanço da pandemia atingiram substancialmente os alunos do ensino infantil, fundamental, médio e universitário. Considerando que grande parte dos alunos são crianças/adolescentes e jovens, nas quais apresentaram grandes demandas de sofrimento psíquico e saúde mental. Entende-se também que a infância e adolêscencia é uma fase peculiar do desenvolvimento humano, necessitando de proteção e garantia de seus direitos pela família, comunidade, sociedade e estado para a plena maturação dos seus aspectos físicos, psiquicos e sociais. Portanto o presente trabalho foi apresentar algumas notas ou dimensões dos impactos na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes no contexto da pandemia da Covid 19. Essas reflexões foram discutidas no seminário promovido pelo Violes/ CEAM/ UnB intitulado de “Retorno Presencial das Escolas e o Enfrentamento das Violências contra Crianças e Adolescentes”. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório de revisão bibliográfica nas plataformas: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, com busca dos descritores em língua portuguesa – Brasil: Impactos/ Consequências na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes na pandemia da Covid 19. Após as revisões foram escolhidos 13 artigos que tratavam do tema, e destes foram destacados 3 artigos, pois esses últimos já traziam as revisões de vários artigos e publicações nacionais e internacionais. Os critérios de inclusão/exclusão dos artigos ajudaram na visão global do tema, o que possibilitou a criação de categorias para sua análise, a saber: método/tipo de pesquisa; aprofundamento dos impactos/consequências na saúde mental e/ou psicológica em crianças e adolescentes, com destaque de alguns sentimentos e comportamentos; impactos/consequências na família e na escola. Como resultado verificou-se que independentemente do método escolhido os artigos apontam no aumento do sofrimento psíquico, com impactos na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes. Os problemas econômicos, os conflitos familiares, a violência doméstica no núcleo familiar somada as medidas de restrição, confinamento e distanciamento físico e social, as incertezas sobre a doença, fake news, os lutos com perdas de entes queridos, as exigências escolares do ensino à distância causaram e a falta de convivência com familiares e amigos, são elementos discutidos nos artigos. Com todo esse cenário vivenciado na pandemia fragilizou e vulnerabilizou ainda mais a educação e as crianças e adolescentes do Brasil. [English] The effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on the world and Brazilian scene affected, in addition to deaths and infections, various sectors of public and social policies, including health, education and social assistance. In education, the classes suspended between March 2020 and August 2021, in most Brazilian municipalities, for physical and social distance and with the necessary sanitary measures to contain the spread of the pandemic, substantially affected students in kindergarten, elementary, high school and college. Considering that most of the students are children/adolescents and young people, in whom they presented great demands for psychological distress and mental health. It is also understood that childhood and adolescence is a peculiar phase of human development, requiring protection and guarantee of their rights by the family, community, society and state for the full maturation of their physical, psychological and social aspects. Therefore, the present work was to present some notes or dimensions of the impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. These reflections were discussed at the seminar promoted by Violes/ CEAM/ UnB entitled “Return to Schools and Confronting Violence against Children and Adolescents”. This is an exploratory study of a bibliographic review in the platforms: Scielo, Pepsi, Lilacs-Bireme, with a search for descriptors in Portuguese – Brazil: Impacts/Consequences on the mental health of children and adolescents in the Covid 19 pandemic. After the reviews, 13 articles dealing with the topic were chosen, and from these, 3 articles were highlighted, as the latter already brought the reviews of several articles and national and international publications. The inclusion/exclusion criteria of the articles helped in the global view of the theme, which allowed the creation of categories for its analysis, namely: method/type of research; deepening the impacts/consequences on mental and/or psychological health in children and adolescents, highlighting some feelings and behaviors; impacts/consequences on family and school. As a result, it was found that, regardless of the method chosen, the articles point to an increase in psychological distress, with impacts on the mental health of children and adolescents. Economic problems, family conflicts, domestic violence in the family nucleus, together with measures of restriction, confinement and physical and social distance, added to the uncertainties about the disease, fake news, mourning the loss of loved ones, the school requirements of the distance learning caused and the lack of interaction with family and friends, are elements discussed in the articles. With all this scenario experienced in the pandemic weakened and made education and children and adolescents in Brazil even more vulnerable.

    This article discusses the role of international organizations (IOs) in times of crisis from the action of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) against the covid-19 pandemic. It is argued that the UNSC had difficulties positioning itself amidst the pandemic due to its internal dynamics of interests and competition. The case study with a qualitative approach uses concepts related to bureaucracies, autonomy, legitimacy, competition, and cooperation taken from the literature on IOs and documentary and secondary sources to support our arguments. As the pandemic persists, the studied period covers the first year since the official declaration of this health emergency in March 2020. The evidence confirms that, in the case of the United Nations’ response to the pandemic, competition overcame cooperation between some permanent members of the UNSC. In this dispute, the elected members occupied a marginal position in approving resolutions. The Council’s paralysis caused the Secretary-General to search for solutions to the effects of the pandemic on peace and international security. Thus, the politicization of the pandemic and the UNSC’s interests and competition have affected decision-making regarding the crisis. As the pandemic is a new problem underway, the article is groundbreaking and, while not intending to present generalized conclusions, gives room to other security and IO studies. El artículo discute el rol de los organismos internacionales (OIs) en tiempos de crisis desde la actuación del Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas (CSNU) ante la pandemia ocasionada por la covid-19. Se argumenta que hubo una dificultad del CSNU en posicionarse en cuanto a la pandemia debido a sus dinámicas internas de intereses y competencia. El estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo utiliza conceptos que tratan de burocracias, autonomía, legitimidad, competencia y cooperación, entre otros, retirados de la literatura que aborda los OIs, y fuentes documentales y secundarias para sostener los argumentos. Como la pandemia aún persiste, el recorte temporal abarca su primer año desde la declaración oficial de esta situación sanitaria en marzo del 2020. Las evidencias permiten afirmar que, en el caso de la respuesta de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas a la pandemia, la competencia se sobrepuso a la cooperación entre algunos miembros permanentes del CSNU. En este escenario de disputa, los miembros electivos ocuparon posición marginal en el proceso de aprobación de resoluciones, y la parálisis del Consejo llevó al secretario general a tomar iniciativas en la búsqueda de soluciones en relación con los efectos de la pandemia en la paz y la seguridad internacionales. De este modo, la politización de la pandemia junto con las dinámicas de intereses y competencia en el CSNU han afectado la toma de decisiones en cuanto a la crisis. Al ser la pandemia un problema nuevo que aún se encuentra en marcha, el artículo es por sí solo innovador y, si bien no tenga el propósito de presentar conclusiones generalizadas, abre espacio para otras investigaciones en el campo de la seguridad y de los OIs. Este artigo discute o papel das organizações internacionais (OIs) em tempos de crise a partir da atuação do Conselho de Segurança das Nações Unidas (CSNU) ante a pandemia ocasionada pela covid-19. O argumento central é que houve uma dificuldade do CSNU em se posicionar no tocante à pandemia por conta de suas dinâmicas internas de interesses e competição. O estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa utiliza conceitos que tratam de burocracias, autonomia, legitimidade, competição e cooperação, entre outros, obtidos da literatura que aborda as OIs, e fontes documentais e secundárias, para apoiar os argumentos. Como a pandemia ainda persiste, o recorte temporal abrange seu primeiro ano a partir da declaração oficial dessa situação sanitária em março de 2020. As evidências permitem afirmar que, no caso da resposta da Organização das Nações Unidas à pandemia, a competição se sobrepôs à cooperação entre alguns membros permanentes do CSNU; nesse cenário de disputa, os membros eletivos ocuparam posição marginal no processo de aprovação de resoluções, e a paralisia do Conselho levou o secretário-geral a tomar iniciativas na busca por soluções com relação aos efeitos da pandemia na paz e na segurança internacionais. Dessa forma, a politização da pandemia combinada com as dinâmicas de interesses e competição no CSNU afetaram a tomada de decisões com relação à crise. Sendo a pandemia um problema novo que ainda se encontra em andamento, o artigo é por si só inovador e, embora não tenha o objetivo de apresentar conclusões generalizáveis, ele abre caminho para outras pesquisas no campo da segurança e das OIs.
