    I efteråret 2020, da vi i AU Librarys EDU-IT gruppe var blevet godt velbevandret i vores nye digitale hverdag, igangsatte vi i gruppen flere små online forløb, der skulle højne kompetencerne internt i forhold til at producere video, screen-casts m.m. Der var ingen tvivl om, at Covid-19 havde givet gruppen et boost i forhold til at producere online læringsobjekter og i at undervise online, men vi ville gerne blive endnu bedre og professionelle i vores udformning af produkter. Blandt flere mindre kurser aftalte vi et lidt længere forløb med en læringskonsulent ved Aarhus Universitet. Værktøjet vi skulle introduceres til og have hands-on med var Adobe Spark (der siden har skiftet navn til Adobe Creative Cloud Express). Adobe Spark kan både bruges til at udarbejde små video-lignende præsentationer, web-sider og grafisk materiale til Sociale Medier eller flyers/plakater. I selve forløbet anvendte læringskonsulenten programmet Eduflow, der samlede al materiale for os. Der var videoer, tekst og eksempler på de elementer, vi selv skulle i gang med at opbygge og som var udarbejdet særligt til os. Eduflow mindede os om deadlines og gjorde det nemt at aflevere små produkter undervejs. Desuden var et helt særligt element i Eduflow, at vi gav feed-back på hinandens produkter. For at komme videre til næste trin i kurset måtte man give feed-back og konstruktive bemærkninger til kolleger, som Eduflow havde udvalgt til en. Forløbet blev kørt på tværs af KUB, RUB og AUL og deltagerne fik virkelig god indsigt i, hvad kollegerne arbejdede med - både dem på kontoret ved siden af – og dem man slet ikke havde mødt i virkeligheden endnu. Det var særligt kommentarerne fra kollegerne, der gav energi og indsigt. Feed-back modellen blev gentaget nogle måneder senere i forhold til at arbejde med værktøjet Screencast-o-matic. Her var det kolleger fra EDU-IT gruppen, der selv igangsatte det – netop fordi det havde fungeret så godt. Vi har fået virkelig god erfaring med kollegial feed-back via en online platform og forestiller os, at dette er en model, der bør benyttes systematisk i arbejdet med kompetenceløft på arbejdspladsen. Modellen og brugen af et program som f.eks. Eduflow sætter en god ramme omkring et kompetenceforløb, hvor man som kolleger bruger hinanden som sparringspartnere.

    Den store corona-nedlukning i foråret 2020 har givet os et ellers uset stillbillede af hvor langt det danske undervisningssystem er kommet med at tilegne sig digitale medier. Selvom det aldrig har været meningen at undervisningen generelt set har skullet foregå som udelukkende fjernundervisning afdækker rapporterne alligevel en række problemer. Dette papers forskningsspørgsmål er som følger, hvordan disse problemer kan begrundes og adresseres. Papiret tegner først et billede af hvad rapporterne viser for grundskole, ungdomsuddannelser og universiteter. Herefter foretages en teoretisk perspektivering ud fra rumfilosofi, teori om almendannelse, interaktionsteori, fænomenologi og Heideggers brugstøjsanalyse, for at forstå, begrunde og adressere problemerne. Den teoretiske perspektivering vil løbende diskutere problemernes karakter og deducere og fremanalysere muligheder for at udvikle undervisningsdesign der er adækvate. Sidst i papiret refereres og diskuteres tre eksemplariske undervisningsforløb fra foråret 2020 der på forskellig måde kan ses som forsøg på at foretage en undervisningsudvikling der er adækvat.

Adobe Spark kan både bruges til at udarbejde små video-lignende præsentationer, web-sider og grafisk materiale til Sociale Medier eller flyers/plakater. I selve forløbet anvendte læringskonsulenten programmet Eduflow, der samlede al materiale for os. Der var videoer, tekst og eksempler på de elementer, vi selv skulle i gang med at opbygge og som var udarbejdet særligt til os. Eduflow mindede os om deadlines og gjorde det nemt at aflevere små produkter undervejs. Desuden var et helt særligt element i Eduflow, at vi gav feed-back på hinandens produkter. For at komme videre til næste trin i kurset måtte man give feed-back og konstruktive bemærkninger til kolleger, som Eduflow havde udvalgt til en. Forløbet blev kørt på tværs af KUB, RUB og AUL og deltagerne fik virkelig god indsigt i, hvad kollegerne arbejdede med - både dem på kontoret ved siden af – og dem man slet ikke havde mødt i virkeligheden endnu. Det var særligt kommentarerne fra kollegerne, der gav energi og indsigt. Feed-back modellen blev gentaget nogle måneder senere i forhold til at arbejde med værktøjet Screencast-o-matic. Her var det kolleger fra EDU-IT gruppen, der selv igangsatte det – netop fordi det havde fungeret så godt. Vi har fået virkelig god erfaring med kollegial feed-back via en online platform og forestiller os, at dette er en model, der bør benyttes systematisk i arbejdet med kompetenceløft på arbejdspladsen. Modellen og brugen af et program som f.eks. Eduflow sætter en god ramme omkring et kompetenceforløb, hvor man som kolleger bruger hinanden som sparringspartnere.

    Den store corona-nedlukning i foråret 2020 har givet os et ellers uset stillbillede af hvor langt det danske undervisningssystem er kommet med at tilegne sig digitale medier. Selvom det aldrig har været meningen at undervisningen generelt set har skullet foregå som udelukkende fjernundervisning afdækker rapporterne alligevel en række problemer. Dette papers forskningsspørgsmål er som følger, hvordan disse problemer kan begrundes og adresseres. Papiret tegner først et billede af hvad rapporterne viser for grundskole, ungdomsuddannelser og universiteter. Herefter foretages en teoretisk perspektivering ud fra rumfilosofi, teori om almendannelse, interaktionsteori, fænomenologi og Heideggers brugstøjsanalyse, for at forstå, begrunde og adressere problemerne. Den teoretiske perspektivering vil løbende diskutere problemernes karakter og deducere og fremanalysere muligheder for at udvikle undervisningsdesign der er adækvate. Sidst i papiret refereres og diskuteres tre eksemplariske undervisningsforløb fra foråret 2020 der på forskellig måde kan ses som forsøg på at foretage en undervisningsudvikling der er adækvat.
