    El "homeschooling" está siendo una opción común entre les adolescentes trans* que participan en la asociación Ca l'Enredus-Actuavallès. Se identificó un aumento durante el estado de alarma, provocado por la COVID-19. Sabemos que les jóvenes trans* experimentan un riesgo elevado de pobreza en su salud y en los resultados académicos debido principalmente a experiencias sociales de estigma y discriminación según Johns, M., Beltran, O., Armstrong, H. et al. (2018). Para este grupo, los espacios educativos y obligatorios se definen como entornos hostiles y estresantes. Esto se debe a los conflictos consecuentes de prejuicios sociales, la discriminación, el odio o la LGTBIfobia, la estigmatización y la condición de minoría culturalmente sancionada como indican Rivers, I. (2001), Meyer, I. H. (2003), García, M. (2015) o Guzmán-Gómez, C. (2012) entre otros. Este estudio surge en un contexto educativo no formal y emplea el photovoice para compartir los significados y la diversidad de realidades de les adolescentes del grupo LGTBI+ GANG sobre sus espacios seguros.

Esta reseña destaca las principales contribuciones del libro La Cruel Pedagogía del Virus, del autor Boaventura de Sousa Santos, en la cual se hace un análisis crítico del evento de la pandemia del nuevo coronavirus. El autor encaja la actual crisis sanitaria dentro del contexto económico, político y social de la modernidad capitalista, extrayendo una serie de lecciones que nos da el virus y proponiendo alternativas valiosas. Los conceptos y lecciones del autor nos sirven para reflexionar sobre nuestras prácticas y el tipo de conocimiento que las guía, colocando el foco sobre la biomedicina, la cual ocupa un papel central en esta crisis. This review highlights the contributions of the book La Cruel Pedagogía del Virus (The Cruel Pedagogy of the Virus) from the author Boaventura de Sousa Santos, where we find a critical analysis of the new coronavirus pandemic event. The author puts the current health crisis in its economic, politic and social context of capitalist modernity, bringing out some lessons the virus gives us and proposing some valuable alternatives. The concepts and lessons from the author serve us to think about our practices and the type of knowledge that guide them, focusing on biomedicine, which now occupy a central position in this crisis.

    Este Trabajo explica cómo afectó la pandemia de COVID- 19 a intérpretes de las instituciones de la Unión Europea desde marzo de 2020 hasta la realización del Trabajo utilizando bibliografía sobre interpretación remota y la pandemia y elaborando un cuestionario que se envió a intérpretes de la Asociación Internacional de Intérpretes de Conferencia (AIIC) que, o forman parte del funcionariado de la UE, o son free lance con acreditación de la UE. Se constató que la interpretación remota fue la herramienta central de trabajo, pero que esta modalidad no debe sustituir a la interpretación presencial salvo en casos especiales. This Master's dissertation will focus on explaining how the Covid-19 pandemic affected the interpreting staff of the main European Union institutions from March 2020 until the completion of the dissertation. It will address issues such as the organisation of the interpretation service during the pandemic, what problems arose from the lack of face-to-face events, what solutions were adopted, what remote interpretation platforms were used and how the future of conference interpretation in the European Union looks like in relation to remote interpretation. To this end, specific literature on remote interpreting and the pandemic was used and a questionnaire was drawn up and sent to interpreters belonging to the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) who are either EU civil servants or accredited freelance interpreters. In this way, it was found that the European Union has made it possible for institutional meetings to continue thanks to the implementation of remote interpreting as a central working tool, but that this mode of interpreting should not replace face-to-face interpreting except in special cases.
