    Due to the current events related to Covid-19, the conference originally planned for July 2020 has been postponed to April 7-9, 2021.The conference will be organized virtually by videoconference. ORAL; International audience; In this paper, a study of UWB receivers in terms of detection theory is presented. The UWB radar which is presented in many works previously [1]-[3] has many applications. For road UWB radar application, the receiver based on correlation is the optimum receiver [4]. In fact, it maximizes the probability of detection. We will consider, in this study, a correlator receiver based on a threshold detection method. As in narrowband [5] [6], we will describe the theoretical study that evaluates the performance of the UWB receiver based on correlation in terms of detection and false alarm probabilities. Then a study of curves showing threshold receiver operating characteristics (ROC system), based on correlation and destined to be used for a UWB radar is presented. The study is original because it is presented for the first time in a UWB radar system.

    National audience; Dans cet article, nous introduisons un modèle de jeu qui permet d'évaluer la potentielle perte d'efficacité induite par un contrôle décentralisé d'une épidémie. Chaque joueur représente une région ou un pays qui est supposé choisir son action de contrôle pour mettre en oeuvre un compromis local entre les aspects socio-économiques et l'aspect sanitaire. Nous effectuons l'analyse de l'équilibre de Nash de ce jeu. Nous quantifions ensuite par des résultats numériques la perte induite par une prise de décision décentralisé en termes de prix de l'anarchie (PoA). Ces résultats permettent d'identifier clairement les scénarios où la décentralisation est acceptable ou non au regard des mesures d'efficacité globale retenues.

    IntroductionThe COVID-19 pandemic have had deleterious effects on mental health of students. Authors suggest that the psychological effects will persist long after COVID-19 has peaked, but we have no data to confirm this.ObjectivesObjective: The objective of this study is to compare clinical issues (concerns, anxiety and depression symptoms) and adjustment (coping strategies) in French university students during different phases of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021 (during two periods of lockdown and two periods after lockdown)Methods Method: Data were collected anonymously at four timepoints: during France’s first national lockdown (23 April- 8 May 2020; nT1 = 1294); during the period after lockdown (9‑23 June 2020; nT2 = 321); 1 year after the first lockdown, which was also a lockdown period (23 April- 8 May 2021; nT3 = 2357); and 1 year after the first unlockdown, which was also a unlockdown period (9‑23 June 2021, nT4 = 1174). The following variables were measured: concerns, coping strategies, anxiety and depressive symptoms.ResultsIn 2021, students have significantly higher levels of anxiety and depressive symptoms than in 2020, and this is even more pronounced during the lockdown periods. For example, 44.1% had probable anxiety symptoms in the 2021 lockdown, compared to 33% in the 2020 lockdown. In the unlockdown periods, the rates are 21.7% in 2020 and 26.4% in 2021.ConclusionsOur results suggest that university students, known to be a vulnerable population with significant mental health deterioration, have become even more vulnerable with the COVID-19 pandemic.DisclosureNo significant relationships.

    Authors: Ducatez, Mariette; Guan, Yi; Chen, Honglin; Muller, Claude P.;

    One hundred and seven chickens or silky chickens were tested for infectious bronchitis virus between August 2003 and December 2005 in Guangdong and Hunan Chinese provinces, from which SARS coronavirus has initially emerged. IBV was detected in 82 birds (prevalence: 77%). Limiting the IBV detection PCR to tracheal or cloacal swabs would have led to a considerable underestimation of virus prevalence of 50 to 66% only. 15 sequences of 362 bp of the spike 1 gene (S1) were obtained. 13 strains clustered with Chinese genotype IV strains, which were recently reported in South China too. Genotype IV also showed the larger evolutionary distances in comparison to other Chinese genotypes. IBV/CK(T)/GD.CH/05-04/3587 strain clustered with genotype III virus, showing that genotype III continues to circulate in Guangdong province at least. A vaccine strain was probably detected in a bird as IBV/CK(C)/HN.CH/05-06/2904 was identical to H120 and H52 vaccines which are commonly used in Chinese poultry farms. It is nevertheless not likely that the IBV strains which could not be sequenced were vaccine strains: since both detection and sequencing PCRs were equally sensitive for the vaccine strain, sequencing would rather overestimate vaccine strains than wild-type variants. Our results suggest that at life-bird markets almost all birds carry wild-type IBV and that these markets may be an important and so far underestimated source of infection for IBV.

    Authors: Guinet, A.;

    Our human community face a pandemic, which has lead us to lockdown half of world inhabitants. We are so disarmed to deal with the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) that lockdown seems us the only countermeasure suitable to stop the pandemic, whatever the resulting economic cost could be. First publications focus on disease characteristics, on disease infectivity, on available treatments, on ICU medical care, on lockdown but not on medical countermeasure simulation. In order to fill this gap, we propose a flow model, which calculates by period the people in different disease stages and under medical treatments and which propagates flow of people between periods. We use a discrete representation of the SIR model over a horizon of six months. Cplex solver has been chosen as a simulator. Notre communauté fait face à une pandémie, qui nous a conduit à confiner la moitié des habitants de notre planète. Nous sommes désarmés face au coronavirus (SRAS-CoV-2) et le confinement semble être la seule contre-mesure apte à stopper la pandémie, quel que soit le coût économique qui en résulte. Les premières publications portent sur les caractéristiques de la maladie, sur la contagiosité de la maladie, sur les traitements de première intention disponibles, sur les soins médicaux en unités de soins intensifs et sur le confinement. Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'articles traitant de la simulation de la pandémie de COVID-19 afin d'évaluer et de dimensionner les contre-mesures médicales.

    International audience; The Robots for Learning workshop series aims at advancing the research topics related to the use of social robots in educational contexts. This year's half-day workshop follows on previous events in Human-Robot Interaction conferences focusing on efforts to discuss potential benchmarks in design, methodology and evaluation of new robotics systems that help learners. In this 6th edition of the workshop, we will be investigating in particular methods from technologies for education and online learning. Since the past few months, online and remote learning has been put in place in several countries to cope with the health and safety measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In this workshop, we aim to discuss strategies to design robotics system able to provide embodied assistance to the remote learners and to demonstrate long-term learning effects.

    International audience; Words are malleable objects, influenced by events reflectedin written texts. Situated in the global outbreak of COVID-19,our research aims at detecting semantic shift in social media language triggered by the health crisis. With COVID-19related big data extracted from Twitter, we train word embeddings models for different time periods before and afterthe outbreak. We compare these trained embeddings with aseries of different dissimilarity metrics in order to observevariation in semantics. Using a list of salient words from theCOVID-19 special update of the Oxford English dictionary,we determine the detection approach most adapted to ourTwitter corpus at hand. Drawing upon this approach, wecarry out case studies on a set of words selected by topicdetection and visualize the diachronic evolution. Finally, weperform an exploratory analysis on French tweets and gaininteresting insights on societal issues in France.; Les mots sont des objets malléables, influencés par les événements reflétés dans des textes écrits. Située dans la contexte de COVID-19, notre recherche vise à détecter le changement sémantique dans le langage des médias sociaux provoqué par la crise sanitaire. À l'aide des données de grande taille liées au COVID-19 extraites de Twitter, nous entraînons des modèles de langue pour différentes périodes de temps avant et pendant l'épidémie. Nous comparons ces modèles de langue entraînés avec une série de mesures de similarité afin d'observer la variation sémantique. À l'aide d'une liste de mots saillants provenant de la mise à jour spéciale COVID-19 du dictionnaire anglais Oxford, nous déterminons l'approche de détection la plus adaptée à notre corpus Twitter. En nous appuyant sur cette approche, nous réalisons des études de cas sur un ensemble de mots sélectionnés par détection de sujets et visualisons l'évolution diachronique. Enfin, nous effectuons une analyse exploratoire sur des tweets français et obtenons des perspectives intéressantes sur des enjeux sociaux en France.

    International audience; Les données des réseaux sociaux sont de plus en plus utilisées pour en extraire de la valeur, dans des domaines tels que le marketing, la politique ou la sociologie. Celles-ci peuvent être représentées sous forme de graphes, en modélisant précisément les interactions à travers des liens dirigés et pondérés. Dans l'analyse des données des réseaux sociaux, l'étude des communautés est une étape essentielle. Toutefois, pour une interprétation fine des phénomènes, il est également nécessaire d'étudier leurs interactions et de pouvoir détecter des traces de polarisation. Nous proposons une méthode qui permet d'évaluer l'antagonisme des communautés et d'identifier leurs frontières dans des réseaux pondérés et dirigés. Notre méthode s'accompagne d'une implémentation disponible en accès libre. Nous validons expérimentalement notre proposition par l'étude des théories complotistes autour de tweets liés à la vaccination contre la COVID-19. ABSTRACT. Social network data are increasingly used to extract value from them, in different domains such as marketing, politics or sociology. These data can be represented by graphs which model the interactions between individuals through directed and weighted links. The detection and study of communities in online social networks are important tasks to understand the behavior of users. However, for a detailed interpretation of a phenomena, it is also necessary to study their interactions and to be able to detect and evaluate polarization of communities. We propose a method which allows to evaluate the antagonism of the communities and to identify their boundaries in weighted and directed networks. An implementation is available in open access. We experimentally validate our proposal by studying conspiracy theories around tweets related to COVID-19 vaccines.

    The $\lambda$$\Pi$-calculus modulo theory is a logical framework in which various logics and type systems can be encoded, thus helping the cross-verification and interoperability of proof systems based on those logics and type systems. In this paper, we show how to encode predicate subtyping and proof irrelevance, two important features of the PVS proof assistant. We prove that this encoding is correct and that encoded proofs can be mechanically checked by Dedukti, a type checker for the $\lambda$$\Pi$-calculus modulo theory using rewriting. Le commerce intra-européen des viandes et coproduits du porc : tendances et évolutions récentes des principaux flux et identification des marchés d'intérêt. Le marché des pièces de découpe se place au coeur du commerce intra-européen. Chaque année, près de 8 millions de tonnes de produits du porc sont échangées entre les Etats membres de l'Union européenne (UE), soit environ un tiers de la production de l'UE-28. Parmi ces produits du porc, les pièces de porc représentent 60% des échanges, mais les produits transformés, les lards et les abats contribuent également fortement. Face à l'importance du commerce intra-européen, l'objectif de l'étude est de préciser ses caractéristiques en termes de volume, de valeur et de prix unitaire moyen par produit. L'étude permet de comprendre quelles sont les spécificités du marché européen et de mettre en exergue l'évolution dans le temps des types de produits exportés et des principaux acteurs du commerce. Les statistiques du commerce international d'Eurostat permettent de suivre les flux commerciaux en volume et en valeur entre les pays pour diverses catégories de produits définies par la Nomenclature Combinée à 8 chiffres. L'analyse statistique porte sur la période 2000-2020. Depuis 2000, les échanges de produits du porc n'ont cessé de se développer, en particulier pour les pièces désossées. Ceci est en lien avec une production européenne croissante et la recherche de valeur ajoutée, poussant les opérateurs vers une élaboration des pièces de découpe. Néanmoins, face à l'intensification des exportations vers l'Asie et surtout la Chine ces trois dernières années, à la crise de la Covid-19 en 2020, et à l'introduction de la peste porcine africaine en Allemagne, les dynamiques habituelles sont perturbées. Les cartes du commerce intra-européen ont été redistribuées avec une forte inflexion des exportations des pièces de découpe. Intra-European trade in meat and pork coproducts: recent trends and developments in the main flows and identification of markets of interest The market for meat cuts lies at the heart of intra-European trade. Each year, nearly 8 million tons of pork products are traded between member states of the European Union (EU), or around one-third of the EU-28's production. Among these pork products, pork cuts represent 60% of trade, but processed products, bacon and offal also contribute greatly. Given the importance of intra-European trade, the objective of the study was to specify its volume, value, and average unit price per product. The study helps understand specific characteristics of the EU market and highlight dynamics of the types of products exported and the main trading partners. Eurostat's international trade statistics make it possible to monitor the volume and value of trade flows between countries for a variety of product categories defined by an 8-digit Combined Nomenclature. The statistical analysis covered the period 2000-2020. Since 2000, trade in pork products has grown steadily, especially in boneless cuts. This is in line with increasing EU production and the search for added value, which pushes operators to produce cuts. However, faced with the increase in exports to Asia, especially China, in the past three years, the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, and the appearance of African swine fever in Germany, the usual dynamics have been disrupted. The map of intra-European trade has been reconfigured, with a sharp drop in exports of cuts. The market for meat cuts lies at the heart of intra-European trade.

    Authors: Guinet, A.;
