    The key and monopolistic role played by the pandemic issue in the last months is a lens through which we can observe how the digital environment is reshaping the entire communicative space. In fact, the latter is constantly becoming denser, thanks to the plurality and heterogeneity of players, as well as to the expansion of their communication modalities. Starting from Bourdieu's notion of "journalistic field", we come to a new situation where voices of journalists and public sector's communicators are side by side with those of many other actors with other specific skills, who build a polyphonic and multidimensional communicative space. This multifaceted communicative space pushes us to rethink the categories of orthodoxy and informational heresy introduced by the French sociologist, considering the fact that many actors are now more interested in building their public visibility, by managing their different communication resources. In so doing, they can obtain a peculiar role and position in the communicative space, where transparency and the "power of convocation" become always more important. Based on these premises, this paper aims at exploring empirically how 10 different main actors of the public debate managed their communication strategies during the first emergency phase of the Italian lockdown. In order to test the theoretical framework here proposed, the authors investigate 6 different kinds of communication resources: reputational, institutional, professional, argumentative, performative and relational ones. The analysis focus on the activities of the following Facebook accounts: Civil Protection, Higher Institute of Health, Prime Minister, Lombardy Region, Veneto Region, as well as the personal ones of Prime Minister Conte, of Presidents Fontana and Zaia, and of the two currently most followed journalists on social media (Andrea Scanzi and Nicola Porro).

    Il presente contributo raccoglie alcune riflessioni – emerse nel corso del webinar dedicato ai media e alla comunicazione – sull'importanza che l'informazione e il sistema ibrido dei media hanno avuto durante il periodo del lockdown. Mesi durante i quali la comunicazione mediatizzata ha contribuito in modo significativo a modellare le nostre percezioni, interpretazioni e reazioni alla nuova realtà. SARS-CoV-2 ha messo in evidenza quanto sia indispensabile e urgente una giusta conoscenza dell'ambiente digitale per orientarsi nella società e nel tempo che stiamo vivendo. This paper collects some reflections - arising during the webinar dedicated to the media and communication - about the importance that information and the hybrid media system had during the lockdown period. Months during which mediated communication has contributed significantly to shaping our perceptions, interpretations and reactions to the new reality. SARS CoV 2 has highlighted how indispensable and urgent a correct knowledge of the digital environment is in order to orientate ourselves in the society and in the time we are living.

    Dataset to support the findings in the journal paper titled "Investigating the effects of COVID‑19 lockdown on Italian children and adolescents with and without neurodevelopmental disorders: a cross‑sectional study". Each row is a different subject. Each column represents an answer to the questionnaire. For single choice questions, the answer was reported as-is (Italian). For multiple choice questions, the alternatives where splitted in several columns and the answer was coded as 0/1 (one hot encoding). For the "school" column, 2=primary school, 3=middle school, 4=high school. For the "school.class" column, classes from 4 to 8 belong to primary school, from first to fifth grade; classes from 9 to 11 belong to middle school, from first to third grade; classes from 12 to 16 belong to high school, from first to fifth grade.

    L'intervento proposto mira a chiarire il ruolo della scienza nella pandemia da Covid-19 per comprendere se e in che termini si possa parlare di responsabilità sociale dello scienziato e se la divulgazione scientifica sia passibile di subire limitazioni di sorta. Si analizzano inoltre le varie forme di negazionismo scientifico sviluppatesi non solo nella pandemia da Covid ma anche in altri contesti ( negazionismo dell'AIDS e del cambiamento climatico)

    Attività del Coordinamento Teatro Carcere Emilia Romagna nel corso dell'annualità 2020 in sette Istituti penitenziari della Regione: laboratori, spettacoli in presenza e in streaming, attività con le scuole. Con il sostegno di Regione Emilia Romagna, Ministero della Giustizia, Chiesa Valdese. Con il patrocinio di PRAP - Provveditorato Regionale dell'Emilia Romagna e Marche, Dipartimento delle Arti - Unibo. Un progetto di: Con...tatto associazione di volontariato (Forlì), Lady Godiva Teatro associazione (Ravenna), Le mani parlanti coop. sociale (Parma), Teatro dei Venti APS (Modena), Teatro del Pratello coop. sociale (Bologna), Teatro Nucleo coop. (Ferrara). CONSULENZA SCIENTIFICA: CRISTINA VALENTI. PRESENTAZIONE di Cristina Valenti (consulente scientifico) : STANZE DI TEATRO IN CARCERE AL TEMPO DEL CORONAVIRUS. Dopo l’immediata e pressoché totale sospensione delle attività, in seguito al DPCM dell’8 marzo 2020, che ha introdotto le misure per il contrasto al Covid-19, i registi del Coordinamento Teatro Carcere Emilia Romagna si sono impegnati a dare continuità al progetto “Padri e figli”, inaugurato nel 2018, sperimentando modalità di lavoro del tutto anomale. Incontri in remoto, videolezioni, epistolari teatrali, prove a distanza supportate da collegamenti via tablet e anche da radio locali hanno sostituito, laddove possibile, i laboratori in presenza, a dimostrazione dell’importanza che il lavoro teatrale in carcere ha assunto non solo per gli artisti, ma anche per gli attori detenuti e per l’istituzione, consapevole del valore del progetto e delle sue ricadute. A Castelfranco Emilia e a Modena il regista Stefano Tè ha continuato a sviluppare la drammaturgia dello spettacolo Padri e Figli lavorando sul confronto con due testi guida, Le avventure di Pinocchio e i Vangeli, attraverso sessioni di prove che sono riprese in aprile da remoto (con l’ausilio di collegamenti video via tablet) e in agosto in presenza, per arrivare a proporre il lavoro in ottobre a Gombola, nell’Appennino modenese, al termine di un periodo in residenza. A Ferrara i registi Horacio Czertok e Marco Luciano hanno ripreso a lavorare a distanza in marzo, con il laboratorio in forma epistolare Esercizi di libertà, per ricominciare ad agosto l’attività in presenza con le prove dello spettacolo Album di famiglia, ispirato alla tragedia di Amleto e alle sue riscritture novecentesche. A Bologna il lavoro del regista Paolo Billi con le attrici della sezione femminile si è sviluppato a partire da marzo in un Epistolario teatrale a distanza. Una fitta corrispondenza via mail che ha prodotto un’ampia raccolta di materiali drammaturgici e azioni fisiche lavorando sul copione Figlie di Lear. Da aprile la simulazione virtuale delle sedute di prove ha dato vita alla rubrica Prove a distanza, in onda settimanalmente su Radio Fujico, e a dicembre l’esperienza è stata ospitata nella trasmissione Natale liberi dentro, sulle stesse frequenze e sul canale di Teletricolore. A Forlì la regista Sabina Spazzoli ha inaugurato un’attività di videolezioni portando avanti, a partire da aprile, il lavoro sulla Tempesta di Shakespeare, interrotto a febbraio e ripreso in presenza a giugno. Si è invece fermata l’attività di Eugenio Sideri a Ravenna, dove il gruppo che ha lavorato con il regista fino all’inverno 2019 ha subito avvicendamenti e trasferimenti, ancor prima di incontrare l’emergenza Coronavirus che ha causato la sospensione degli incontri. Le attività sono riprese a settembre 2020 con un nuovo gruppo, per poi essere nuovamente sospese a novembre per l’aggravarsi della situazione sanitaria. Allo stesso modo durante tutto il 2020 l’attività di Corrado Vecchi a Parma non si è potuta svolgere neppure a distanza, in quanto nelle settimane antecedenti al lockdown il gruppo degli attori era in fase di formazione. Assai limitate sono state le attività in presenza, circoscritte ai primissimi mesi dell’anno e, in alcuni casi, all’autunno. Fra di esse, i laboratori con i minori e i giovani adulti dei Servizi di Giustizia Minorile, che hanno dato luogo allo spettacolo Le orme dei figli, presentato a Bologna, nel cortile dell’IPM, fra agosto e settembre. Molti gli eventi annullati, di cui abbiamo voluto comunque conservare traccia nel calendario contenuto in questa brochure. Nonostante l’emergenza sanitaria, le Stanze di Teatro in Carcere, giunte alla decima edizione, hanno proseguito e approfondito il rapporto teatro-carcere-scuola con il progetto Il Teatro Carcere incontra gli istituti superiori dell’Emilia Romagna, un percorso online realizzato su piattaforma Zoom nei mesi di aprile e maggio per riflettere sulla condizione della detenzione e sul valore della cultura e del teatro come fattori di trasformazione e di crescita.

    Authors: BUONDONNO, EMMA;

    La popolazione deve essere omogeneamente distribuita sul territorio, attraverso azioni finalizzate al decentramento in alternativa alla densificazione urbana, in aree comunque già dotate di infrastrutture, o dove i nuovi collegamenti possano essere realizzati senza nuovo consumo di suolo ma con il recupero di aree già consumate (tenendo conto che circa l’80% del consumo di suolo dipende dalle infrastrutture). Al distanziamento sociale deve corrispondere il distanziamento urbanistico. Si auspicano, infine, azioni tese a dare priorità alla riqualificazione e rigenerazione delle INFRASTRUTTURE, includendo in esse anche le infrastrutture sociali, intese quelle afferenti al welfare in generale, e con particolare riferimento al sistema sanitario e scolastico. In estrema sintesi, la cosiddetta FASE 2 di ripartenza del Paese, non può prescindere dal rispetto dei tre capisaldi citati in apertura, assegnando priorità assoluta a tutte quelle attività proiettate nella direzione auspicata o che mettano in campo provvedimenti di adeguamento ad essa. Dal punto di vista della scala politica comunitaria forse accelerando il processo di unificazione delle nazioni europee nello Stato d’Europa ci consentirebbe di uniformare anche il corpo delle Leggi e delle Norme secondo il principio della unitarietà di governo. Il Governo dei Territori dovrà necessariamente andare verso una semplificazione che non deve essere intesa come rinuncia alla complessità e dovrà essere fondato su tre pilastri: 1) le Ragioni della Natura, come insieme delle caratteristiche intrinseche della natura dei luoghi e migliore destinazione; 2) le Ragioni della Storia, come insieme delle tracce delle stratificazioni delle azioni umane sul territorio e delle sue trasformazioni; 3) le Ragioni della Comunità, come insieme delle esigenze e dei fabbisogni delle popolazioni insediate di abitare, lavorare, muoversi e ricrearsi.     Authors: Sibilio,Raffaele;

    Sebbene alle società occidentali sia associata l’idea di condizioni di vita più sicure, emerge un vero paradosso causa la maggiore sensibilità al rischio che si rileva. Il concetto stesso di progresso è posto in discussione: la scienza è ritenuta indispensabile nella scoperta dei nuovi fattori di rischio ma, contemporaneamente, dimostra dei limiti al contenimento di altri. Anche la tecnologia, quale variabile prioritaria per la mitigazione del rischio, è associata costantemente a significati ambivalenti, in termini sia di benefici che di pericoli. Inoltre, la valutazione del rischio – il cui impiego si lega sistematicamente alla costruzione di modelli previsionali per la “cura di sé” – rievoca una serie di fattori ambientali, economici e familiari. In questo contesto, l’interesse scientifico si scontra con una realtà in cui l’equilibrio tra il “fare troppo” – con il rischio di derive di sicurezza sanitaria – e il “non fare nulla” – che richiede un lavoro di spiegazione e di rassicurazione – risulta mutevole e sensibile alle vicende del momento. La pandemia da Covid 19 ha dimostrato le notevoli difficoltà, da parte dei Governi, di rispondere prontamente all’emergenza sanitaria e, al contempo, di placare il senso di incertezza insidiatosi nella mente degli individui.
